Famous for reinventing nature in artwork, Olafur Eliasson will replicate the beauty and splendor of waterfalls in four, 90 to 120 foot-tall art projects located at Pier 35 in Manhattan, Governors Island, Brooklyn Bridge and Pier 5 in Brooklyn.
